About the accommodation
La Casa Nueva Ribera is a stylish two-storey duplex located just 100 meters from the calm waters of Mar Menor in the resort town of Los Alcázares. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area with a dining corner and a sofa bed, it offers plenty of comfort for up to 6 guests. Bed linen and towels are, of course, provided.
The bedrooms are designed for practicality – one with a large king-size bed, the other with two separate single beds. Each floor has its own bathroom with either a shower or a bathtub, making it perfect for families or larger groups. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and features two terraces with sea views – ideal for a morning coffee or a relaxing evening. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, and complete cookware set. There is also a TV, Wi-Fi, swimming pool, and a barbecue for outdoor dining.
Guests have a private parking space in the underground garage and access to a storage room with bicycles, sun loungers, and children’s toys – all free to use. Pets are welcome.
Within walking distance, you’ll find a restaurant (80 m), the beach (100 m), and a local weekend market (approx. 1 km). The location is ideal for both relaxation and an active holiday – golf, cycling, wing and kite surfing are available nearby, or you can take trips to Cartagena, Murcia, the salt lagoons of Lo Pagán, or the Calblanque Nature Park.
